The EFCCI is currently completing the first stage of its Children’s Village project in Jamaica. The property will consist of housing and other amenities for underprivileged children, and provide a safe, holistic environment for nurturing, growth, and educational development.
IMPACT ON THE CHILDREN AT OUR VILLAGE IN JAMAICA
At the Educational Foundation for Children’s Care Inc., we are seeing a transformation in the lives of the children at our Village in Jamaica. Surrounded by love, stability, and encouragement, they are thriving both academically and personally.
Many of our children are successfully enrolled in local high schools, where they excel academically and gain confidence. Outside the classroom, they have opportunities to visit exciting and educational places—experiences that ignite curiosity, build character, and help them explore the wider world beyond the Village.

One of our greatest joys is witnessing long-term progress. Today, one of our children is proudly in their second year at university—a testament to what is possible when children are nurtured, supported, and given the chance to dream.

IMPACT OF THE YOUTH OF SOUTH FLORIDA
The Educational Foundation for Children’s Care Inc. has been making a real difference in the lives of young people across South Florida. Through scholarships given to high school students, we have opened doors for those who might otherwise have trouble accessing quality education. These scholarships not only reduce the financial burden on families but also motivate students to aim for excellence, knowing that their community supports their future.
Beyond providing financial help, we focus on broadening students' horizons. Our organized field trips give students direct exposure to various career options—whether through visits to colleges, businesses, or professional institutions. These experiences help them visualize their potential, find their passions, and set goals for meaningful careers.
By promoting both academic success and personal development, the Foundation helps shape a generation of resilient, confident, and purpose-driven young people. Each scholarship awarded, each trip taken, and each new opportunity provided sows seeds of hope that will grow into lifelong achievement and service.
